braunschweig lions vs. stuttgart scorpions... the lions won with 36 to 17...

hey there folks...
here i am back at my dormitory for my 3rd term in university studying computer science.
my dorm is still there. a bit messy as always because of my roommate christoph.
classes are ok so far so i hope to get through them ok.
ok.. next weekend i´ll be back at my parents house coz we are going to have a nice gettogether with a few friends of mine to talk about our holiday plans for february coz then we are all going on vacation.. but it still needs to be settled where exactly we are going... so thats hopefully going to be set then.
well then.. tell me something about you?

wooosh.. time goes by in a blast don´t ya think? is it really july already...
well i got through my second semester in university and am now on term break till september... i am currently stumbeling from on birthday of a family member to another... so there is loads to do! and my uncle is turning 50 this summer so i am planning a little dia-show kinda thing with loads of pictures from him with my aunt... still don´t know how i am going to do this but hopefully i´ll have a moment of inspiration!

shoot me. i am sooooo evil for not updating more often. how long has it been? oh my gosh. i can´t believe it.
well i´ve been fine. was in the hospital though. just 10 days but it was enough already. and i was on vacation with some friends which was really really nice. we had loads of fun sighseeing and doing some shopping and stuff...
i am currently in my dorm on campus. the second term started march 1st... since then i´ve been quite busy. but i am doing okay you know. just the usual stuff. good so i am off now. hope to be around again soon.

well my tour to london started on a rainy day when i almost missed my train (and would i have missed that i would have had no chance to catch my plane to london) because a woman in the bus dropped unconcious and so the bus had to stop and wait for the ambulance. but thanks to god i left with an early bus so that i had a few minutes space before my train would leave to leipzig.
but i managed to get to the plane without any further incidents and then arrive in london-stansted with my sister and there we had to pick up thuemy darling who arrive with an ealier flight from munich. and well then the adventure started. we had booked a national express ticket to heathrow airport coz we had booked a motel in heathrow because the stargate convention was in heathrow. there we searched without success for a bus with the number 81 that would have taken us to slough in which direction our motel was located. it was really adventurous: 3 girls searching for a bus that would take us out of the airport. lol.
but we managed finally and arrived at our motel. which was really cheap. but well. being students you so have not more money to spare for rooms. but it was cozy wasn´t it thuemy babe? remember the tiny sink? rofl. there was just no room for us to wash there. but never mind that now.
it was thursday 5pm and we wanted to get to central london for a bit of sightseeing. we got to heathrow airport again and then went via underground to westminster. big ben at night is SUCH a beautiful sight. lights are everywhere. so well we got for the basics. big ben, the london eye, houses of parliaments, westminster abbey and trafalgar square. but we only had like one hour for all the sightseeing coz first we were totally tired and second we didn´t know exactly when the last bus to our motel would go. well we also did some serious amount of souvenir shopping there. ^___^ and of course writing post cards to LOADS of people. ahhh it was just that cool all that english speaking people around. i really love that. :D
we were so tired when we finally arrived at the motel that we didn´t really feel the totally not back-friendly bed. and then we had like 4 or 5 hours of sleep before us.
okay that was like our first day in london.
i´ll write about the next chapter tomorrow. it´s almost midnight and i need a few hours of sleep right now.

i am back from london though still at a friend's place. i guess i will be home around 7pm this evening.

hey guys. it's friday afternoon. weekend time.
i have totally NO plans for this weekend. blah. i wanna do SOMEthing.
well i am currently planning my trip to london. i´ll be gone from november 3rd to november 7th.
from 4th to 6th nov there is sg-10 in heathrow. me, my sister and a friend have tickets. hope it will be a fun convention. guests will be hippiman from the ep 1969, ry´ac, daniel jackson, siler, col. reynolds (whoever he is) and dr. zelenka from atlantis.
it´s the first trip to london for my sister so i am currently searching for information about the most important sightseeing attractions in london. you know underground information and bus timetables and stuff.
and i am very much looking forward to starbucks coffee. we do not have that many stores here in germany. and unfortunately there isn´t one around where i live. the next one to me would be in berlin but for that i would have to drive 2 hours via train. but well i´ll have my good share in london. ^_____^
well, only two more months to go and then i´ll have exams. sigh.
but i am looking forward to a nice christmas time at home. btw does any of you celebrate halloween? i must say i love it. we did a halloween party last weekend coz on the original halloween date there is no holiday in my state and i am not at home with my friends this weekend. so we pre-dated it. ^____^ and it was a blast. we had so much fun. me and my sister decorated the rooms totally scary and all had to wear a costume. totally awesome.

hello there everybody,
how have you all been? i´m sorry again for not updating more often. sigh.
well, i have now been at my new dorm for over a month. it's been nice here. i´ve met lots of new people. met two new nice lady friends in university which are studying informatics too. we are getting along pretty good. the first term is all about math... it can be a bit tiring after a while... i do hope that i´ll manage ok... it's not that long before the exam arrive. actually just two more months to go. i hope i do not suck at those exams. math can be a bit tricky on me. well but i´ll give my best and we´ll see, right? ^____^

since thursday i am at my new dorm. term started on monday but it's just introduction week at the moment. so basicly just getting to know each other.
well, yesterday the new gilmore girls season started so can anyone give me a link where i can download it? i haven´t found anything yet!
this weekend i am going to go to my parents house to see my friends again and well have some fun, maybe a party.
on 19. sept classes are going to start so i will be busy then. hope to get in touch recently though.

on monday i signed the contract on my new dorm. yay.

ah well, my dear cousin is currently in australia. and he will be there for a year if anything goes as it should. he's kinda working his way around there for the year you know to learn the language and gain some experience. ah i really envy him kind of for being there and just going from one day to another. but i think i kinda would be a bit angsty alone over there but i would love to do something one day.
well, kinda busy. the new term starts soon and there's still so much stuff to take care of. but nothing interesting happening here besides that. went to my one times a year towns-festival this weekend. met some old school friends and had a nice chat and did a bit dancing and basicly just hanging around with the gang.
ohhhkaay then i am off for bed. i´ll probably do some reading before i get to sleep. i am currently re-reading harry potter and the goblet of fire. don't know why but yesterday i suddenly felt the urge to grab that book again.
oh and finally amazon.de got the first season of HOME IMPROVEMENT as DVD set out and it got delivered today so i basicly spent a good amount of time re-watching those old episodes. ahh i so love that show. "i don't think so tim. - al"

long time no talk, eh?
i have been so busy. yesterday i had to work nighthours to finish with my dad's birthday collage, he is going to turn 60 on tuesday so i had to scan and work all these workload of pictures and well it was a very heavy file that came out in the end and my computer had to work really hard to process it with every added layer. but i finally managed it and sent it to print. a few days ago i was on vacation in bavaria with a friend and her family which was really nice. a few days to relax and go do some shopping and climbing and stuff. but the days were over too fast. sigh. and then i also had to finish a project for my aunt coz she is now off to south korea to do some work, she's a florist, and they are having some kind of project there and so i had to do some art for her with flowers and stuff for her to show there. recently i really kind of seem to fall from one art thing to another. but i really would love to have some time to create some for myself or at least have some time to do some potter or gilmore art or that kind of thing. it seems ages to me since i did one. well it could be that it really has been ages since i did anything of that kind. deep sigh. i really miss those days when i had the time to do at least 3 arts a day.
well, i better get going now. we still have loads to prepare for the big birthday. and tomorrow will be even more stuffed with things to do. so i just wanted to give you all a shout out that i am still around and trying to get some art on the road which is not related to any of my relatives. ^_____^
oh a few days ago i went to see CATS - The Musical with my sister and a friend and her mother. and i really had a fabulous time. so i am kinda listening to the music from the musical all the time i have my laptop around. hehehhe. i think my family isn't appreciating it much when there is only a few songs going on re-runs day and night.
